Walk and Talk sessions are available mornings or afternoons, depending on the week. For these sessions, we'll have a 15 minute consult virtually (zoom) to discuss whether Walk and Talk is a good fit for you and your therapy needs and discuss the risks and limitations, as well as how to prepare for the sessions.
Walk and Talk therapy sessions are offered as private pay only at this time.
